Life-After Beating Infertility.

I have the distinct pleasure of being a part of Lo's week of guest posts during National Infertility Awareness Week as a host to Ashley, I am so excited for her to share her story and to read the others!

Numbers.

I have seen this on multiple blogs I read, so why not jump on the bandwagon, yeah?

2 names I have picked out for my non-existent children.  A boy's name and a girl's name.

14.5 inches of snow we got Wednesday into Thursday.

48 the expected high temp today

13 days until I move into my first apartment.

0 boxes I have packed...so far

32 days until Brantley Gilbert releases his new album. Yes, I'm counting down.

What are some of your numbers?

I Don't Mean to Brag...

I don't mean to brag, but I totally stole this idea from Taylor at the Daily Tay and I'm not really sorry.

I don't mean to brag, but I'm totally living the life that Huey Lewis and Garth Brooks described in their song Working for a Living, I feel like all I do is work.

I don't mean to brag, but I did a whole lot of nothing on my days off, I watched a lot of Friends and cuddled with my puppies.

I don't mean to brag, but I tried getting Tim McGraw pre-sale tickets last week & had a pair in my cart but got greedy and tried to get better ones and now I have no tickets.

I don't mean to brag, but the guy at the McDonalds inside our store, not only knows my name but my order #fatgirlprobs

I don't mean to brag, but before Tuesday's post I hadn't posted for 12 days.

I don't mean to brag, but aren't you absolutely digging my pose? #tbt

She's Going to the Chapel

...she's gonna get married...

& before you think I'm crazy, it's not me, it was one of my cashier friends from work.  Paula and I've worked together since July of 2010 & I've always thought of her like another aunt who always looked out for me and loved on me when I was having a bad day.

Anyways, I was supposed to have the day off, but ended up working a 7 to 4 & then I got ready and I rode with three of my faves.  Genevieve is the one we lovingly call the old goat, she's the one who is like a grandma to me and the oldest third of the three generations of women who don't take no shiz.  Karen is the second generation and I'm the third, obvi.  Karen had to work til seven and has been really worn out since her second, mini, stroke a few weeks ago, so she didn't get to come, sadly.  Colette & Amelia were the other two that we carpooled with.

We walked in a little late, because we went to the right church, but thought it was the wrong church, so we left drove probably ten more miles and then realized it was indeed the church we were looking for.

About five minutes after we walked in, these three teenagers with bright blue hair sticking straight up walk in.  I was sitting right behind one of my supervisors and her husband and her husband's shoulders were shaking he was laughing so hard-silently of course, but I would catch my composure and then catch sight of him and go off all over again.  & believe me, I'm totally fine with people expressing themselves with how they do their hair, but c'mon at least be on time to a wedding then.

I had so much fun at the reception with my co-workers, it was awesome to just hang out and not have to be rushing around helping customers ha!

Pictures you ask? Well of course!

The newlyweds and I.  I joked to Paula that I gave her permission to marry my boyfriend.  Yes, Paula's husband is my boyfriend, just like Karen's is my eye candy. #silverfoxes

This is Nelda, we worked service desk until she left me at the beginning of the month.  She's one of the most down-to-earth tell it like it is people and I love her.  Also, her accent? LOVE! She's from the Memphis area :)

I hope you guys all had a great weekend as well!
